Welcome to Jan Hit Mart. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and participation in our business plan.
By accessing this website and registering as an Independent Distributor, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Subscription & Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to become a distributor.
- KYC: Valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card) and Bank Details are mandatory for payout processing.
- Subscription Fee: The ₹1500 charged during registration is for the Household Product Subscription Package. This fee activates your Business ID and grants access to our distributor panel.
2. Products & Delivery
- We are committed to providing high-quality household products as part of your subscription package.
- Products will be delivered to the registered address or can be collected from the nearest franchise point.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Important)
Note on Subscription Fee: The Household Product Subscription Charge (₹1500) creates your digital business identity and dashboard access. Therefore, the Subscription Fee itself is non-refundable once the ID is activated.
- Product Refund/Replacement: While the subscription fee is non-refundable, the physical products received in the package are covered.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of cost.
- If you are unsatisfied with the product quality, you may return the unopened product within 7 days for a replacement or a refund of the product value only (excluding administrative/subscription charges).
- Cooling-off Period: In exceptional cases where the ID has not been used, no downline has been added, and the product kit has not been dispatched, a cancellation request may be considered within 24 hours, subject to a 10% processing fee deduction.
4. Business Plan & Income
- Not an Investment Scheme: Jan Hit Mart operates as a Direct Selling / Affiliate Marketing model. Income is generated solely through the sale of products and the expansion of the sales network. We do not guarantee fixed returns on investment.
- Commission Calculation: Commissions (Referral Bonus, Level Income, Repurchase Income) are calculated based on the business volume generated by your team as per the current compensation plan.
5. Payouts & Deductions
- Payout Cycle: Payouts are processed as per company policy.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum wallet balance required for withdrawal is ₹1000.
- Deductions:
- TDS: 5% (as per Govt norms).
- Admin/Service Charge: 10% (for platform maintenance).
- Repurchase Wallet: A percentage may be deducted for mandatory repurchase as per phase 2 logic.
6. Code of Conduct & Termination
- Distributors must not misrepresent the company, its products, or its income potential.
- Cross-recruiting (poaching distributors from other teams) is strictly prohibited.
- Anti-social activities or disparaging the company on social media will lead to immediate suspension of the ID and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat.
